The tenth commandment requireth full contentment with our own condition,1
with a right and charitable frame of spirit toward
our neighbour, and all that is his.2
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never
leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
Look not every man on his own things, but
every man also on the things of others.
1 Corinthians 13:4-6.
Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not
itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; rejoiceth not in iniquity,
but rejoiceth in the truth.
